Concrete Exhibition

Winter break has officially begun here at Marywood University, but if you find yourself on campus from now to mid-January consider checking out the Painting II student’s artworks. The show, Concrete, is in the Kresge Gallery in Insalaco Studio Arts Center. All of the paintings are select non-objective, final pieces, from the students. At least one piece of art reflects each student’s works and experimentation with the paint on canvas. With no use of visual reference, the students relied on composition and color to express their selves. Concrete is up from December 7, 2016 – January 18,2017. Below are images of a few paintings that are part of the show. Enjoy!
