Why don’t Italians love peanut butter? Most stores don’t carry it. The one store that does sell it charges almost 6 Euros for a 340gm jar, and 340gm is not that much, it is less than a cup of peanut butter! I finally got the store owner to get some and hide some in the back for me, but I am afraid the word has spread to most of the American students and he has become like the drug dealer of peanut butter. He tried it and asked what do you do with peanut butter? I did not know how to answer that question. I was in shock! But what they do have is Panini Con Bolito, which is boiled meat with spices on a roll that was baked in heaven! So I have one or dozen a week. Pay attention to this: DO NOT get the Lampredotto which is made out of a cow’s stomach. I was brave and tried it but could not keep the gag reflexes down.

Getting ready for a critique on Monday so I spent all of Friday printing. I did gain access to the scanner, so soon as I can find time that I call free I will start scanning.
Still working on my Time project. I shot some raw video and will spend the next week editing. Not sure if I can post a video to my blog, will have to talk to my editor Sue Jenkins [Yes, you can Ty! ~ Sue].

Field Trip to Piazza Pitti, a spring/early summer home of the Medici family.
We are shooting a stop motion project. It was fun shooting it, but so far I just hate editing it.
Below are a couple of shots from my River Arno project. Went shooting again over the weekend but got rained on so not risking Josiphine (my camera) to the weather.
